The front desk staff was very helpful, specifically with directions I also found convenient luggage storage after checkout. The location is very central, providing easy access to many areas, I walked or took the metro to places I wanted to see. The staff were very friendly and cute. I felt safe at all times.

The room I had was quite small. The walls were also very thin. I could hear a lot of noise from the room next door.

Acceptable Stay with a Couple of Issues

The room was quite small, almost cramped. The air conditioning was centrally controlled. I had to ask the front desk each time I wanted to adjust it, pretty inconvenient. the noise from the hallway was noticeable, doors slamming at all hours. Not very soundproof.

The location was excellent. I had a room overlooking La Rambla. It was wonderful! Many tourist spots were within an easy walk. Shops were also close.

The plumbing in that area needs attention. I had a few drinks downstairs, and the sewer smell was strong! It made it difficult to enjoy my coffee. It would also deter eating a meal.

The location proved convenient. Numerous restaurants are nearby, a real bonus. I also found the staff quite helpful with directions (they really know the area).

The room i had was quite small. The window faced an inner courtyard, so there was little natural light. I could hear noise from other guests in the hallway.

The location was VERY convenient. It is in the heart of the shopping area. Stepping outside, I found myself surrounded by shops and eateries. A Primark store was about three minutes away. The room was quiet, despite its location right on the Ramblas.

The staff after the first manager was impolite. They were rude and unhelpful. Watching your hotel in the lobby is a MUST, or it will be taken. The bathroom only had a shower door, and the water ran into the room, causing it to flood.
